Deep Blue Coffee was born where two powerful currents of my adult life came together: a growing love for exceptional coffee and a life-changing introduction to scuba diving.
At a time when the daily grind of life was wearing me down, my wife gave me an unforgettable gift — scuba lessons. What initially felt like a challenge to schedule quickly became one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Over the years, I went from an awkward beginner to a fairly capable diver, building a respectable resume for someone who doesn’t live near the ocean. Along the way, I met incredible people around the world and rediscovered a deep passion for truly great coffee.
Many of the world’s finest coffees are grown and enjoyed in the same regions that offer the most breathtaking diving. There is something unforgettable about sharing a perfectly brewed cup with friends before descending into the deep blue to explore another world beneath the surface.
That feeling — anticipation, connection, adventure — is what Deep Blue Coffee is all about.

As we begin this journey, we are offering three carefully selected coffees. While we would love to introduce more, we believe that excellence comes from focus. Rather than overwhelming you with options, we chose to start with three exceptional offerings — each distinct, memorable, and crafted to stand apart from the ordinary.
Ethiopia Sidamo
We selected this coffee because Ethiopia is widely recognized as the birthplace of coffee itself. These beans showcase the vibrant complexity and depth that make Ethiopian coffees legendary among enthusiasts.
Papua New Guinea Organic
Few places on Earth are as wild and untouched as Papua New Guinea. This organic coffee delivers unique South Pacific character — layered, nuanced flavors with remarkable balance and without overpowering intensity. We also wanted to ensure we offered a certified organic option for those who value it.
Panama
For now, Panama represents the pinnacle of success in the world of fine coffee. With certain micro-lots selling for extraordinary prices — sometimes reaching $1,000 per pound — Panamanian coffees have earned global recognition for their rarity, craftsmanship, and exceptional quality.
